As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:
* Basic salary of up to £32,000
* OTE of up to £60,000

As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:
* Build, support and develop a high‑performing team
* Maximise revenue opportunities and drive overall branch profitability
* Proactively generate new business and nurture strong client relationships
* Maintain the highest levels of customer service and brand representation
* Conduct Market Appraisals confidently and professionally
* Follow up on leads both over the phone and face‑to‑face
* Train, coach and mentor staff to reach their full potential
* Negotiate offers successfully and close deals
* Register applicants, greet customers and create outstanding client experiences
* Carry out viewings when required
Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:
* Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within Estate Agency
* Ideally, have a strong knowledge of the Stowmarket property market
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team
* A strong track record of winning instructions and driving business growth
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
* Sales‑driven mindset with real energy, ambition, and a proactive attitude
* Positive, forward‑thinking approach to generating new business
* Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
