We have an exciting opportunity for a Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) Service Leader to join the Complex PBS Supported Living Services in Croydon.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Registered PBS Complex Operations Manager (COM), the Complex PBS Service Leader will manage up to 8 Complex Supported Living placements within the Active Care Group, delivering high-quality, person-centred services. You will lead the day-to-day operations, manage staff, and collaborate closely with the COM to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
* Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation including the Health and Social Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and CQC standards.
* Maintaining systems and staff to ensure safety, wellbeing, and high-quality care.
* Developing relationships with referrers and commissioners to maximize occupancy.
* Assessing referrals and individuals, formulating reports, and developing treatment plans using clinical reasoning.
* Recruiting, supervising, and managing staff to ensure a skilled, diverse, and qualified workforce.
What You'll Have:
* A formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support and significant leadership experience in PBS services.
* Knowledge of behavioural assessment, intervention strategies, and PBS principles.
* At least 1+ years of leadership experience in services for individuals with complex needs.
* Experience leading teams, coaching colleagues, and working in fast-paced environments.
