The ideal candidate
* Holds a PhD or a first‑class/2:1 STEM degree in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Biotech from a top‑tier university.
* Demonstrates intense curiosity about cross‑disciplinary technology and a desire to understand the commercial context behind scientific innovation.
* Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex technical and legal concepts to founders, inventors, and technical teams.
