Your Role as our Technical Manager:
* Lead, mentor, and support multi-disciplinary field teams and supervisors across maintenance, repairs, and planned works
* Ensure projects are delivered to time, budget and quality standards, meeting KPI and contractual obligations
* Drive high standards of safety, compliance and customer service across all works
* Monitor and manage budgets, stock, and resources to achieve value for money
* Conduct site visits, audits, toolbox talks, and inspections for quality and safety compliance
* Represent Liberty as a senior point of contact, ensuring seamless operational delivery
* Support the development and performance management of staff, with regular 1:1s and team briefings
* Work collaboratively with leadership teams on improvement projects and strategic objectives
* Deputise for senior leaders and take ownership of operational outcomes
What We Need from You.
* ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
* Experience managing technical or multi-trade teams in a repairs/maintenance or social housing setting
* Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and commercial contract delivery
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Confident using IT systems such as QL, Open Contractor, DRS, Power BI or similar
* SMSTS or IOSH (desirable)
* Full UK driving license
* A proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach
