We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to serve as the primary contact for a principal based in the Middle East. The principal has a strong involvement in fashion, art, and design, and a background or interest in these areas would be highly advantageous.
The role involves working 6 days a week while in the Middle East, with accommodation provided and access to drivers. Flexibility for travel is essential, as the candidate will accompany the team; all travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.
The ideal candidate will be well-presented and an excellent ambassador for the principal. They should possess impeccable manners, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and prioritize discretion and tact. A calm, composed demeanor along with excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial.
The responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence
2. Coordinating with the Family Office
3. Managing documentation accurately and efficiently
4. Handling financial records and reporting daily expenditures
5. Managing household staff and projects, liaising with designers, architects, and contractors
6. Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and sending reminders
7. Handling orders for local and international purchases
8. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and personnel as requested
9. Travel arrangements including booking tickets, cars, and hotels
10. Maintaining contact with consular services
11. Managing diaries for personal and professional appointments
12. Researching global locations for the principal’s interests
