Purpose
We need a dedicated Payroll & Pensions Assistant to oversee the delivery of excellent services from our transactions team. You will be working in a team of up to 5 staff delivering accurate and efficient payroll and pensions transaction processing services to the Charity.
We are looking for a customer focused individual who will ensure all queries or issues are resolved in a timely manner or escalated as appropriate and provide support to their resolution.
The full-time hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, however we would be able to accommodate part-time hours. If you are interested in working part‑time, please include this in your supporting statement. This will not influence the outcome of your application.

Location:
You will be hybrid working between Black Country House, Oldbury and home. The working arrangements are 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week at home after initial training. Additional days in the office are expected for the first few weeks of employment.
