Here at Dentalcare Group we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate CQC Registered Dual site Dental Practice Manager to join our practices at Trowbridge and Bath. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice that prides itself on putting patients first and providing the best care.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the clinical governance system and maintain practice policies including Health & Safety.
* Recruit and onboard support and clinical staff.
* Manage team activities, including rotas, appraisals, and inductions.
* Promote a team environment committed to delivering first‑class patient service.
* Build productive relationships with associates and support engagement and retention through regular touch‑base sessions.
* Ensure compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g., Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy).
* Support and resolve employee relations issues to satisfactory outcomes.
* Develop the practice’s opening hours to offer the best proposition.
* Enhance each practice’s reputation in their local area as the go‑to dental practice.
Qualifications and Skills
* Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with the public.
* Reliable, able to work in a team, and handle budgets, targets and KPIs.
* Previous dental management experience is essential.
* Friendly, flexible, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
