Due to substantial growth, we have a fantastic new job opportunity for a driven Finance Manager / Management Accountantwith extensive experience in a similar financial or accounting / accountancy role, proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage accounting software and excellent analytical and organisational skills.
Working as the Finance Manager / Management Accountant you will support the company with their ambitious expansion plans. Working directly with the Directors you will play a crucial role in the company’s continued success.
As the Finance Manager / Management Accountant your varied role will cover responsibilities such as full month end management accounting, accounts auditing, tax compliance and helping to improve financial controls and systems.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Finance Manager / Management Accountant will include:
1. Full month end management accounting with P&L and Balance Sheet
2. Fixed assets organisation including depreciation
3. Support senior management with business planning and risk management
4. Monitor cash flow, banking, and financing requirements
5. Handling accounts auditing process & liaising with external client accountants, and financial institutions
6. Liaising with accountants for any issues raised
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax obligations
8. Enhance financial data infrastructure and reporting General accounts
9. Payroll
10. Develop financial models and provide analysis to support strategic decisions
11. Quick books knowledge for processing invoices
12. Oversee and improve internal financial controls and systems
13. Maintain financial records for subsidiary investment properties
14. Accounts payable/receivable
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
15. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
16. Extensive PQE in a similar finance / financial / accountancy / accounting role
17. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax, and reporting requirements
18. Experience using accounting software QuickBooks and Sage
19. Microsoft Excel (advanced)
20. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
21. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
22. Analytical mindset with aptitude for process optimisation
23. Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities
24. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
