About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our clients. This role will play a key part in supporting our recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams with day-to-day coordination tasks.
* Manage candidate scheduling and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
* Assist with maintaining and updating candidate records in Workday.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support.
* Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to track progress and ensure hiring timelines are met.
* Provide administrative support for other HR projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an HR, recruitment, or coordination role.
* Familiarity with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
