We are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton team. You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support while learning how to manage the full recruitment process. The role will involve speaking with clients and candidates daily, building relationships, sourcing talent, and supporting businesses with their hiring needs.
