Salary & Benefits

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Quantity Surveying function on assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with project teams, clients, and the supply chain.
* Leading cost control efforts while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
* Supporting junior members of the commercial team on cost control and commercial issues.
* Managing the procurement of subcontract packages and key material orders within budget and timelines.
* Negotiating subcontracts with the support of the Commercial Manager.
* Minimizing risks to Kier through effective management and administration of subcontract accounts.
