Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop to ensure high standards of efficiency and quality
Lead and manage a team of skilled technicians and administrative staff
Maintain excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor workshop productivity, quality control, and overall performance
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise workflow and service delivery
Specification:
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar leadership role within a bodyshop environment
Strong organisational and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Sound knowledge of automotive body repair processes and industry regulations
Relevant industry qualifications are essential
