Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and growing service. You will be responsible for:
1. The work of key Registration activities such as:
* Ensuring Birth registration appointments are booked.
* Effective administration of the death management process.
1. Processing requests for copy certificates and corrections to registrations.
2. Supporting and maintaining civil registration records for the registration district.
3. Performing/supporting duties required of a Deputy Superintendent Registrar.
4. Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service, ensuring work is completed within standards and timescales.
You will work with Registrars to support customers throughout their registration journey.

We seek self-motivated individuals with a “can-do” attitude, passionate about providing high-quality service to residents.
* You should have:
* A high standard of IT literacy
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
You should also be able to devise solutions to issues arising in daily workload.
