Key requirements
Essential
* Experience in a fast-paced sales role, preferably, but not exclusively property
* Ability to demonstrate proven track record of sales vs targets
* Thrive in a competitive selling environment
* Have excellent negotiation skills
* Competent user of IT systems – Word, Excel and databases
* Full, clean driving licence
What we offer
About the role
You will work within the New Homes department, negotiating and achieving sales on behalf of a range of New Homes clients. You’ll build rapport with buyers, qualifying their needs, and matching these to available properties in the Rettie portfolio.
There may be occasions where some on-site agency work is required, including occasional weekend work to accommodate site launches and events.

Key responsibilities
* Responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of existing New Homes developments
* Building detailed knowledge of buyer’s individual needs and matching these to available properties
* Following up on all enquiries and actively progressing sales from reservation to completion
* Maximising the conversion rate of visitors to reservations
* Negotiating effectively, using developer incentives where applicable
* Completing all administration on time and accurately
* Actively cross-sell Rettie services, including estate agency, lettings, and financial services
