Job responsibilities : Establish and refine SDLC (testing strategy, automation, CI/CD, code quality gates) optimizing developer experience, velocity and robustness Design a release strategy enabling frequent, stable releases Define and evolve React Native / Expo mobile architecture for a mass‑market consumer application Design and deliver a modular core platform enabling rapid, reliable feature iteration. Recruit, mentor and lead a lean, high‑impact engineering team Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Formal training or certification on React engineering concepts and proficient expert experience Proven delivery of commercial React Native applications in production across Android & iOS at scale Deep understanding of React Native and Expo internals Latest knowledge of architecture, tooling and best practices in mobile app development Mastery of TypeScript Experience optimizing large codebases Hands‑on knowledge of mobile build & release systems Strong grasp of architecture patterns Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Published React Native app(s) in public app stores Native Kotlin and/or Swift experience Kotlin Multiplatform exposure ICBCareer ICBEngineering
