This role is a fixed-term position focused on delivering employment support to individuals who are furthest from the job market, as part of a new contract.
You will provide both one-to-one and group support, helping customers build confidence, develop new skills, and overcome barriers, enabling them to access meaningful employment.
We'll need you to be person-centred and have strong knowledge of the benefits system, local support services and proven experience in delivering employment support provision.
The team covers a wide geographical area and is responsible for employment support, work experience, volunteering and apprenticeships.
This post is based in Scarborough with some travel to Whitby and Filey required.
