Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter at our London location. The Waiter will greet and seat customers, take and serve orders, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the dining experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, and handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
* Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
* Basic Cooking skills are beneficial
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Friendly and professional demeanor
* Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
