Main duties of the job

We have a nationally recognized acute frailty service that includes a frailty assessment area, virtual ward, community urgent response team, and close links to West Midlands Ambulance Service. Job responsibilities
The trust consistently scores highly on the National Staff Survey. We are based in Warwickshire, an area renowned for its beautiful countryside and historic towns such as Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford-upon-Avon. The region offers excellent transport links and numerous high-performing schools.
We seek a committed and passionate colleague to support and develop our Acute Frailty Service at Warwick Hospital. This part-time role (6 PA) involves playing a key role in treating older adults accessing emergency care. The successful candidate will work closely with emergency, acute medicine, and community teams to conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments of frail older adults in crisis. This established service has excellent potential for ongoing development.
