Active Pathways are currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to open our brand new service that is opening later this year. The service will offer a residential service for individuals with autism and dual diagnosis mental health.This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as we prepare to open this much needed, brand new, service for individuals stepping down from inpatient services. We are offering a salary of £35,000 DOE.

About the service:
The service will offer an 8 bed care home, comprising of 3 self-contained apartments and 5 ensuite bedrooms for individuals with Autism and Mental health needs. The service will offer a much needed, specialist, community provision for individuals stepping down from inpatient services who require specialist support to develop their independent living skills and live a meaningful life.
The environment will be carefully designed for individuals with Autism, and will benefit from the clinical and therapeutic support of our in house Psychology and Occupational Therapy team.
Our ideal manager will:
* Work with the Assistant Director- Business Development and Regional Manager to prepare the home for opening.
* Ensure that individuals we support have the opportunity to strive for self-determination, independence, and choice to gain as much control over their own lives as possible.
* Ensure the service is compliant with the relevant Regulations and with contractual requirements.
* Lead on managing KPI and related reporting in line with the Governance structure.
* Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentoring to teams.
* Ensure that all clinical and therapeutic interventions are person centered and in line with our service model.
* Have experience working with individuals with autism.
