As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our electrical and mechanical systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Your role will include:
* Designing and troubleshooting minor electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits for machine and equipment control.
* Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Installing electrical/electronic controls based on schematics and blueprints.
* Performing mechanical repairs and maintaining power and water distribution systems.
* Interpreting blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions for installations and repairs.
* Assembling, installing, and adjusting electrical fixtures, wiring, panels, transformers, and motors.
* Using CMMS software to log repairs and search for parts.
* Leading or mentoring lower-level technicians as needed.
Requirements:
* Education: Associate degree in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
* Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance.
* Skills:
o Proficiency with electrical circuits, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
o Basic mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills.
o Familiarity with CMMS systems and computer-based maintenance tools.
