We are seeking an experienced and motivated Radiology Project Manager to lead transformational projects within our services. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful improvements that enhance patient experience, increase diagnostic capacity, and support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and sustainable radiology services.
The post holder will be responsible for providing professional project management expertise and support to the Radiology Transformation portfolio. They will ensure PRINCE2-based project management processes are supported so that the project budgets, milestones and staff resources are adequately monitored and controlled, and that benefits are achieved.
In this role you will be required to manage multiple complex projects, through appropriate project management tools and personal experience/expertise to support the service's objectives and efficiency programme.
Main duties of the job
-Management and support of Radiology transformation projects to agreed standards, budgets and timescales
-Implementation of complex change across our services
- Working closely with clinical, operational and digital teams, providing strong project governance, stakeholder engagement and clear progress reporting
-Development of core processes to support the above based on clear operational/business change requirements
