Location: Boundary Outlet, Sheffield
Hours: 15 hours a week working 3 days out of 7

Role Overview:
As a Till Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service at the checkout. You’ll ensure transactions are processed efficiently, provide a welcoming experience, and leave customers with a positive impression of Boundary Outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate tills and handle transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
* Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Assist with bagging items and handling queries during checkout.
* Maintain a tidy and organised till area.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, including security and health and safety.
* Support team members during busy periods to provide seamless service.
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude toward customer service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
* A team player who can adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
* Previous experience in retail or till operations is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
