Job title: Day Support Worker
Location: Oscott
Salary: £12.31 per hour
Role: Full Time Permanent 37.5 hours. NOT OPEN TO SPONSORSHIP
Shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm with a mix of shifts in-between. You must be able to work both shifts & work weekends.
6 months or more experience within a CQC regulated environment for adults with additional needs is essential.

About the service
We have 2 supported living services on the same site that support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs. There will need to be support with complex needs and complex behaviours.
Support Worker duties:
Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
This includes employment, education and other opportunities
Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
