We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic small animal veterinary practice on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract in Cambridge area.
* full time working 40 hours a week including 1 in 4 Saturdays and no OOHs and no Sundays
* role is initially offered as a 1 year FTC Maternity cover starting March/April time although there may be a the possibility to stay on if desired.
* practice is locally owned and is established, modern and well equipped
* caseload is interesting and varied and there is a high rate of insured clients and a visiting orthopaedic surgeon and cardiologist.
* Ideally at least 2-3 year’s clinical experience and enjoy working in a busy and supportive general practice
* we can tailor this role to suit your interests whether that be a surgical bias, consult-only role or something else.
* fantastic location for easy access to enjoy cities of Cambridge and London both accessible via public transport and the A14/A1 if travelling by road.
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* Ideally at least 2-3 year’s clinical experience
