HR & Payroll (Part Time) Cirencester £32,000 - £35,000 – Pro Rata Our client, based in Cirencester, is seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time HR & Payroll to join their team. This is a varied role combining payroll accuracy with hands-on HR support, ideal for someone organised, discreet, and confident working independently. HR & Payroll Roles and Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on payroll and HR matters * Prepare and process all payroll instructions, ensuring timely completion of weekly and monthly payroll runs * Liaise with HMRC and pension providers to ensure accurate submissions and compliance * Respond to payroll queries and produce reports as required * Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR and payroll legislation * Support all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee wellbeing, and general HR administration * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and assist with HR projects as needed HR & Payroll Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience in both payroll and HR administration, including Sage Payroll * Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload * Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information * Approachable and confident, with the ability to provide guidance and challenge where appropriate * Solid understanding of PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory deductions * Experience in recruitment, training, and development (desirable) * CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable) HR & Payroll Working Hours and Benefits: * 15 – 20 hours per week * Company pension * Life insurance * On site parking Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 years.
