HRLife are working with a growing business to find them a professional, confident Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator who loves spinning multiple plates and providing a great service to senior stakeholders, candidates and hiring managers. This is a great opportunity to be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team taking ownership of providing a first class experience to both candidates, hiring managers and the interviewing team by providing support with interview scheduling whilst ensuring great communications, up to date systems and ensuring full compliance. Key responsibilities will include; • Responsible for co-ordinating the full end to end interview processes both online and in person • Building trusted relationships with all senior managers and their PA's to work efficiently and collaboratively to book interviews into their diaries • Ensuring both hiring managers and candidates have all relevant information ahead of interviews • Leading on all GDPR compliance relating to the candidate interview process • Leading on process improvement for the recruitment coordination function including researching and implementing the latest tools in the market to improve efficiency and quality of experience • Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to queries as required • Updating recruitment calendar with all interview arrangements • Collaborating on team projects and carrying out reporting as needed • Ad hoc admin support for the wider team This is a great opportunity for someone who loves delivering a great service, has attention to detail and has previously worked in a fast paced, high workload coordination or administration role. You'll be self motivated, flexible and able to work with ambiguity. Someone who likes being inquisitive, is proactive and has excellent communication skills is essential for this role. You won't be doing the hands-on recruitment, this is about supporting the team to arrange interviews and scheduling calls / feedback calls and de-brief sessions so a background in co-ordination, administration or PA is ideal. Based in the office once a week, you'll need to be living within commuting distance to Oxfordshire and be a car driver.
