We are looking for a Senior Business Manager who is dynamic, highly determined, results focused, tenacious, resilient and able to work collaboratively to achieve role objectives.
The Senior Business Manager will work with the Medical Executive, Medical Directorate and Director of Medical Education to ensure the delivery of high quality, modern, patient-centred mental health care.
The successful candidate:
o Thrives on managing a large portfolio of responsibility, including change programmes, and innovatively looks to achieve the best outcomes for people who use our services.
o Is enthusiastic and able to contain and manage work pressures through a range of methods and techniques to achieve the right personal outcomes as well as outcomes for others and the Trust
o Has excellent ability to communicate, influence and engage stakeholders in and outside SABP, and a wide range of skills and abilities to present information including excellent written and verbal communication.
o Can demonstrate they have the knowledge and ability to influence, direct and if necessary, challenge colleagues in order to deliver and drive change and transformation.
o Has a track record of being able to lead large scale change, transformation and integration and a knowledge of current practice
o Can demonstrate effectiveness in operating with senior management colleagues, working with Chief Medical Officer, DCMO Associate Medical Directors, Divisional Directors and Professional Leads.
