ICT Infrastructure Engineer
Grade J – Salary £31,799
Leeds City Centre (currently working remotely)
Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Full Time – 37 hours per week (part time / job share considered)

We are looking to appoint an ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our ICT Services section.

The role

We plan to continue this change to become a truly Digital First organization by using flexible, innovative solutions that benefit our partners and staff. This role will help bring about that change.
Reporting to the ICT Technical Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Design, build, and support the Office 365 and Microsoft Azure platforms.
* Support internal networks, firewalls, and connectivity.
* Implement security and endpoint protection in line with NCSC guidelines.
* Be a senior escalation point for all incidents and problems via a structured ICT Service Desk function.

About you
We are interested in applicants with experience in:
* Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure platform management.
* LAN, WAN, WLAN, and connectivity technologies, preferably using Cisco and Meraki.
* Working as a senior engineer in a similar organization with a proven track record of technical abilities.
