We are located on a beautiful 49‑acre ranch‑style campus where we provide services and care for at‑risk boys ages 12‑18. Daily visitors include turkeys, deer, and wild peacocks, and we have two lakes stocked with fish for children and staff to enjoy.

What You Will Do / Day In The Life
The primary responsibilities of a Youth Care Worker are to provide safety and around‑the‑clock supervision of at‑risk youth. You will deliver physical, personal, and health care for each student through individual counseling and behavioral, social, physical, and educational skill development. You will create a supportive atmosphere, monitor and document student behaviors and activities, and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
Qualifications
To be considered you should be empathetic, patient, respectful, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be at least 21 years of age, desire to work with troubled teens, and pass a DCF criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. No previous experience is required, but experience working with youth is preferred. Excellent training will be provided.
Schedule
Days: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Staff work 4 days one week and 3 the next.
