Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
* Lead and mentor junior members while ensuring high‑quality legal services with outstanding client care.
* Maintain excellent time‑management and organisational skills to support a fast‑paced private‑client practice.
* Engage with clients, providing warm, personable and confident service while seeking continuous learning and self‑development.
* Embrace teamwork, help colleagues and demonstrate a positive, optimistic, hardworking, can‑do attitude.
* Present yourself professionally and possess strong IT skills with a desire to adopt new ways of working.
* Possess a STEP qualification or be prepared to obtain it (we will support you if required).
Qualifications & Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with significant Private Wealth experience and leadership potential (or ability to move into a leadership role).
* High‑quality legal service delivery and outstanding client care.
* Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Product / Service: Highly‑Respected Private Client Law Practice for High Net Worth Individuals. Clients: Interesting, creative, affluent and uber‑successful HNW.
