Base Pay Range
Up to £60k starting salary + car + bonus + package. Ideally North Based with UK nationwide coverage and travel.
Position Overview
Fast track to Director. The Sales and Operations Director of a fast‑growing business is looking to be replaced, and you will be their successor.
Responsibilities
* You will be mentored, coached and developed by the director directly.
* This will be fast‑track progression requiring you to move at pace.
* You will feel outside of your comfort zone, a lot.
* You will be working hard in a highly pressurised, dynamic fast‑growing market.
* This challenge is not suitable for everyone.
* Accountable for driving customer satisfaction metrics, operational excellence and sales performance across your highlighted region.
* With responsibility for the leadership, success and development of your management team, you will demonstrate an inspirational leadership style ensuring that your team receive clear direction and support through coaching and mentoring.
* Site visits will be visible, supportive and focused on maintaining branch standards across the region.
* Communicating with head office and drawing upon the support functions to set your teams up for success and ensure they can deliver on their targets.
* Managing and delivering on a broad and diverse portfolio of projects and areas of responsibility for the broader business. You will be proactive in solving business critical issues and implementing systems that contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Qualifications & Experience

* High standards and impeccable attention to detail supported by an organised and structured approach to everything that you do.
* Experience leading teams across differing geographies, of sales and service focussed sales people to deliver exceptional customer service and deliver against sales targets and KPI’s.
* Proven multi‑site leadership in retail or fast‑paced service‑led, customer‑driven network such as retail, storage, hospitality, QSR, leisure, telco, financial services, logistics‑to‑consumer or automotive.

As a Regional Sales and Operations Manager, you will be accountable for driving customer satisfaction metrics, operational excellence and sales performance across your highlighted region.
