Air Export Operator
We are seeking an experienced Export Clerk (Airfreight) to join our busy and growing team in Farnborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive freight professional with at least 3 years of experience in air export operations within a freight forwarding environment.
You'll play a key role in coordinating export shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with global freight procedures - all while delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle day-to-day export operations including air, road, courier, and some sea freight bookings
2. Liaise with carriers, agents, customers, and warehouses to arrange collections and resolve queries
3. Produce and process export documentation: MAWB, HAWB, NES entries, LC documents, COO's, EUR1s, ATRs, ATA Carnets
4. Complete customs entries with a strong understanding of UCRs, MUCRs, CPC codes
