Pigment Consultant (Connected Planning & FP&A)
We are looking for a Pigment Consultant who combines a strong FP&A background with enterprise-wide connected planning expertise.
This isn't a passive model-building role. You will lead client relationships, contributing to both presales and delivery, using your commercial confidence to challenge briefs, push back and clarify requirements, and drive modern, driver-led planning architecture.
Key Responsibilities
--Presales & Advisory: Partner with sales to lead discoveries, build high-impact Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and scope complex solution architectures.
--Architecture & Delivery: Architect and implement end-to-end Pigment models, seamlessly linking financial metrics to operational drivers (HR, Sales, Supply Chain).
--Strategic Leadership: Guide executive stakeholders away from legacy spreadsheet thinking and mentor junior builders on best-practice Pigment design.
What We’re Looking For
--Strong FP&A Foundation: Solid understanding of financial planning, corporate finance workflows, and business drivers.
--EPM Platform Expertise: Deep model-building experience in a major Connected Planning ecosystem (e.g., Anaplan, TM1, Workday Adaptive, Board, OneStream). Pigment experience is a massive plus; an appetite to cross-train from a competitor is essential.
--Consultative Gravitas: The confidence to challenge client assumptions, facilitate workshops, navigate executive pushback, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
The Perks:
--Competitive Compensation: £70k–120k depending on experience.
--Pure Autonomy: Shape the delivery methodology of a fast-growing practice.
--The Best Tech Stack: Direct exposure to Pigment—the most agile platform in the current EPM market.
--Zero Bureaucracy: High-impact role in a collaborative, flat-structure environment.
