Description
Join the Agency Team as an Agency Technician at AXA, a key role reporting to the Agency Team Leader. You will handle daily processing activities for core UK processes, support offshore team members, and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
At AXA, we promote a flexible work environment, with at least 40% of your time spent in the office, moving to predominantly remote work from September 2025. This includes attending client meetings and industry events as needed.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing new broker appointments in line with regulatory standards.
2. Maintaining broker records to meet compliance requirements.
3. Conducting quality and audit checks on broker processes.
4. Supporting e-administration links such as eServe, IMarket, eSettlement, and Connect.
5. Managing the AXAI Covernote system in accordance with broker controls.
6. Ensuring service standards are met through technical expertise and adherence to best practices.
7. Managing workflow to meet SLAs.
8. Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing training and support.
9. Contributing to key priorities aligned with the Broker/COO.
Candidate requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, supporting business and offshore teams.
* Experience in a professional services administrative role.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
