OrderYOYO provides online ordering solutions for independent restaurants and takeaways. We help partners build their own branded websites and apps, giving them the tools to grow customer relationships, manage online orders, and reduce reliance on third-party platforms. Our focus is on empowering local restaurants to thrive in the digital market.

We are looking for a confident and highly motivated administration assistant to join us at OrderYOYO. We are growing rapidly across all of our markets in Europe and expanding to more countries in Europe over the next year, here’s how you can part of that!

ORDERYOYO’s Mission:

We help takeaways and restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are here to ensure that small to medium-sized restaurants and small chains are not subjected to high commissions, and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success!

Your Role

As our Administration Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations. You'll provide essential support to various departments, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping things organised.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the migration of restaurant data (menus, customer info, business settings) into the OrderYOYO platform

* Work closely with the Onboarding and Sales teams to ensure timely setup for new clients
* Communicate with customers to gather and verify business information

* Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy across all migrated content

* Dealing with any potential issues during the migration process via email or phone call

* Maintain detailed records of migration status and progress

* Working closely with internal stakeholders for any additional admin requests and escalating any issues if required

Location: Manchester

Hours: 9am-5.30pm
