A genuine development opportunity with exposure to senior leadership, including the Chief Commercial Officer The chance to shape strategy across multiple business areas (Home Energy, Business Energy & Partner Network) Lead and develop a high-performing marketing and insight team Build your experience in commercial strategy, brand leadership, and transformation delivery What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll: Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies that drive growth across our key sectors Own and evolve our digital marketing performance, including lead generation, SEO, PPC, content, and automation Use customer and market insight to influence decision-making and improve acquisition, retention, and satisfaction Shape and strengthen the Calor brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints Drive customer research and insight programmes, including brand tracking and performance analysis Work collaboratively across Sales, Customer Experience, and external partners to deliver joined-up campaigns Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver impactful results and support their growth What we’re looking for This role would suit someone ready to step up or broaden their impact: Strong experience in marketing and/or brand management (B2C, B2B, or both) A track record of delivering strategic, insight-led marketing activity Confidence working with data and digital performance channels A collaborative leader who enjoys developing others and working cross-functionally Experience managing budgets, agencies, or multi-channel campaigns Ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to commercial decisions (CIM qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.)
