Graduate Transport Planner - Bristol- 2026 Graduate Scheme. Bristol. Full Time, Permanent. Pegasus Group welcome applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our dynamic Transport team in our Bristol office to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.
Please note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career, requiring work sponsored Visas.
What we’re looking for / Qualifications
* A relevant degree in Transport Planning or a related subject such as Geography, Civil Engineering, Mathematics or Built Environment.
* Graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
* Work experience in Transport Planning or Planning would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Transport Planner, you will be involved in supporting all aspects of project work including:
* Provision of transport assessments and travel plans
* Junction modelling
* Swept path analysis
* AutoCAD design
* Support across the entire development cycle from site identification and appraisal through planning and design, including completion of construction delivering commercially driven solutions for clients
You’ll gain valuable experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.

Remuneration, Benefits and Start Dates
