We’re looking fortwoAssistant ProjectManagersto support the delivery of the next round of these strategic plans, covering the period 2030 to 2055. Working closely with Project Managers,you’llhelp ensure projects are deliveredtotime,costand quality, while developing your skills and experience within a supportive and high-profileprogrammeenvironment.

Whatyou'llbe doing
• Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery activities, including schedules,budgetsand quality management
•Maintainingproject plans, action logs, decision logs and supporting documentation
• Producing project reporting, including risk, change,costand progress reports
• Managing small packages of work under the direction of the Project Manager
• Supporting cost tracking,forecastingand reporting to internal stakeholders
•Assistingwith preparation and quality assurance of regulatory submissions and supporting documents
• Coordinating with the Project Management Office to ensure governance and reporting requirements are met
• Supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement activities
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project processes and ways of working
• Promoting Health, Safety and Wellbeing across all project activities
Whatwe’relooking for
• Experience supporting or managing projects within a structured delivery environment
• Excellentorganisationaland time management skills
• Strong IT skills and ability toanalysedata and produce reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative while contributing effectively within a team
• Confidence to challenge,identifyissues and propose solutions
• Motivated to develop a career in project management (e.g.working towards AMP PMQ or equivalent)
