Join to apply for the PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE role at Leonardo Hotels UK & IRELAND | Formerly Jurys Inn. We are looking for an experienced Pastry CDP to join our team in Mr Cooper's. As Pastry Chef you’ll be involved in creating imaginative and inspirational desserts and pastries for our customers. Our kitchen teams are passionate about the food they create to delight our customers, and the role of Pastry Chef is crucial to our success.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and present a range of desserts and pastries to a high standard for customers in a fast-paced hotel environment.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine dessert menus and offerings.
* Ensure consistency, quality, portion control and presentation of all pastry items.
* Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Experience working as a Pastry Chef (CDP) in a similar environment is essential.
* Passion for food and delivering high-quality, well-presented offerings to guests.
* Ideally Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification.
