Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Temporary – Potential Permanent)

20 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 1pm–5pm
We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our Maghull office. This role supports our overseas property management business, focusing on email handling, scheduling, and call management during time-zone crossover hours.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing shared email inboxes and responding to non-urgent enquiries
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, cyclical maintenance, and site visits
* Producing meeting minutes from recordings
* Handling incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
* Ensuring smooth communication between our UK and overseas offices
About You
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
* Able to work independently in a small, quiet office environment
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
* Previous admin or customer service experience is an advantage
* Comfortable with occasional extended hours (e.g., working until 7pm when required)
Hours & Pay
* 1pm–5pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
* Occasional later finishes (paid at standard hourly rate)
* £12.50+ per hour depending on experience
* Potential for extra hours
* Temporary role with potential to become permanent
