We are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Team Leader to support and lead a team of Delivery Executives (aka resources/recruiters) to be the best they can be.

Responsibilities:
* Liaise with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business
* Source and qualify candidates for our live vacancies across our 4 global industries, working closely with the business winning team.
* Set weekly/monthly objectives for your team
* Complete monthly performance reviews
* Support and advise the individuals in your team to help their career progression
* Perform daily floor walks to support the team and offer guidance
* Oversee candidate searches on the database, job boards, and communities of interest
* Become an internal specialist in the use of the internal training material available
* Work with the Delivery Manager to map staff career progression
* Constantly improve delivery processes, focusing on maintaining high standards, best practices, and productivity
* Show commitment and dedication to the business and their team fostering a positive workplace
* Coach and support your team through being tenacious and motivational
Requirements:
* Excellent active listening and communication skills
* Previous managerial experience in the recruitment industry
* Experience in staff training and onboarding experience
* Previous exposure to capability management and staff support for underperformers
* Life Sciences, Data & IT or Renewable Energy contract staffing experience (preferred)
