Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, for a Managing Director. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business strategy, ensuring financial growth, and leading the team. Key responsibilities include setting organisational goals, managing budgets, building partnerships, analysing market trends, and enhancing operational efficiency. The Managing Director will also represent the brand's vision and ensure that all departments align with its values and long-term objectives.
Requirements
* Strong leadership, team management, and decision‑making skills
* Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational management
* Understanding of market analysis, marketing strategies, and customer engagement
* Financial acumen, including budget management and cost optimisation skills
* Knowledge and proven experience in the activewear or fashion industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
