Role Overview: We seek an organized, customer-focused individual to join our Boston branch as a Parts Advisor. You will be central to branch operations, ensuring timely parts supply and serving as the main contact for customer and internal queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships with customers, providing first-class service and proactive updates
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely parts ordering
* Assist with delivery and collection, ensuring correct packaging and documentation
* Manage stock levels and undertake stock checks
