The International Sales Operations Manager plays a key role in leading sales operations by improving communication, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities across the sales function. This position is responsible for helping the sales team operate efficiently, supporting internal coordination, and driving productivity across the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* Improve communication between sales teams, management, and internal departments to enhance collaboration and response times.
* Assist in developing and implementing sales processes, procedures, and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and service standards.
* Provide administrative and project support to the sales leadership team when required.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales rates and improve overall team productivity.
* Attend meetings with international sales teams and key stakeholders to support alignment, communication, and collaboration across regions.
* Coordinate international meeting schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient planning and attendance.
* Manage and maintain the sales events calendar, including meetings, trade shows, campaigns, and key commercial deadlines.
* Align timings, agendas, and resources for internal and external events to ensure smooth execution.
* Support follow‑up actions from meetings, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met across teams.
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a sales, sales operations, or coordination role within the UK property industry.
* Strong understanding of UK property sales processes, market dynamics, and customer expectations.
* Proven experience supporting sales teams to improve efficiency, communication, and performance.
* Experience working with teams overseas and coordinating across international markets.
* Ability to manage communication effectively across different time zones and cultures.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
