Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal support to multiple customers under subscription agreements.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
* Deliver pragmatic legal advice balancing risk and opportunity.
* Ensure compliance with internal governance and industry regulations.
Requirements:
* UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE.
* Strong background in commercial contracts.
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and commercially aware.
