Vision for Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant in the Dudley area with prior experience supporting pupils of a primary age with Special Educational Needs to start from May half-term moving into next academic year. This role will include: Working both one to one and in small groups with students with Special educational needs, outside of the classroom. Following EHCP's and school guidelines. Starting from May 2026 as a full-time member of staff with the potential to become a permanent member of the school. Working between school hours of 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday ongoing. Requirements To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Have had prior experience working effectively with a student with additional needs. Have a keen passion for building a strong working relationship with pupils and to provide them the best chance of developing. Be able to commit to 5 days a week. Ideally have a teaching assistant qualification, however with the right experience this is not compulsory. Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
