Workshop Controller Vacancy - Heathrow!
Our Client, a Manufacturer approved dealership in the Heathrow area are looking for an Workshop Controller to take control of their workshop and assist the Aftersales Manager day to day. Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within a Commercial Main Dealer environment is essential for this role.
Our Client is offering the Workshop Controller:
1. Up To £45,000 Basic Salary + £5,000 Bonus
2. Monday To Friday 7am - 5pm / 1-in-4 Saturday Mornings
3. Light Commercial Vehicle Main Dealership
4. Workshop Control Experience Required
5. 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities of the Workshop Controller:
7. Controlling a team of Technicians, including the workflow, allocation etc.
8. Managing customers expectations both whilst on site and by telephone
9. Reporting on various matters, as required, to the Service Manager
10. Checking the vehicle onto site, allocating and checking out a loan vehicle, entering work onto Kerridge and using the One Link system.
11. Workshop Loading, Maintaining / printing job cards
12. Managing progress of all jobs
13. Liaising with the customer during progression of work
14. Completing a full description of the work done
15. Producing invoices for customers as required
16. Arranging collection and delivery and all other ad hoc duties associated with the role
