The Role
You'll be providing essential H&S advice, guidance, and support to a portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on the unique challenges of the rail industry. Your day-to-day will involve everything from conducting site audits and risk assessments to developing robust safety documentation and delivering training sessions.
What You'll Bring
* A proven track record as an H&S Advisor, with extensive experience in the rail sector.
* A NEBOSH Diploma is non-negotiable for this role.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and its application within the railway environment.
* Excellent communication skills—you'll be the face of the company, building strong relationships with clients.
* The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
* A full UK driving license, as travel to client sites is required.
