The Role
As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of The Coach House Deli, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.
Shift Pattern
* 40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7.
* The typical hours for this position may consist of: 07:00-15:30, 10:00-22:30 and 15:00-01:00.
The Person
* Great attention to detail, efficient and responsible, focused on guest-satisfaction and staff well-being
* Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience
* Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills
* Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role
Salary: Up to £26,400 per annum plus tronc
