Africa Specialist Travel Consultant. Africa Safari Company are looking for an individual, with a great passion and a desire to inspire others to explore the wilds of Africa. You will be an inquisitive listener and have a determination to perfect the small details as you will be crafting highly personalised experiences in Africa.

* Deep passion for Africa and good knowledge obtained from your personal travels to the continent

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The role
* Guest communication via video call, email and telephone; cultivating relationships and achieving a deep understanding and rapport with the client
* Curation of bespoke travel itineraries which aim to immerse the client in the destination while following responsible travel practices
* Competently close sales and manage pipeline, working effectively with the CRM and company systems and best practices
* Deal with any operational situations in collaboration with wider team and external partners at the destinations
* Build long-lasting, caring relationships with suppliers on the ground at the destinations
* Source exciting new Africa travel product
* Travel even more in Africa!
Compensation and Hours
Basic Salary: Circa 30K dependent upon experience plus generous commission.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday. No weekends. 3 or 4 days in the office per week, 1-2 from home.
